I had a good meal at b12, the chicken I had was good and the fries. Its just I was wondering if they use cheetos and doritos in their food because that would make it that the items in the menu are not 100% halal. These chips have beef rennet in them. So be careful if you are muslim to not order the dynamite burger.

We’re sorry for the uncertainty about ingredients; some items, like the Dynamite Burger, may include flavored chips that could contain animal-derived enzymes and therefore may not meet halal requirements. Came from Toronto and had to comeback twice in 2 days, amazing burgers and poutine, better than anything we have in the GTA, we need a location here!

Confusing menu especially if you do not read French period for some reason you get two kinds of potatoes in a combo. And when you look at trying to swap one of them out you get looked at sideways. Be prepared for a wait of about 15 minutes from the time you order to when you receive your food.

Waited at least 40 minutes for two burgers. They even disconnect the phone line so you can’t place orders ahead because they’re understaffed. The whole concept of fast food seems lost on them. This is my third bad experience at this location. I’ve never had issues at B12 in Montreal or Laval, even though they’re usually so much busier than this South Shore location.

Bad food AND a scam. Never coming back. Save your money. Really disappointing on every level. The food itself was below average — the chicken was dry and poorly seasoned, which is a pretty big fail for a chicken sandwich spot. On top of that, I made one simple request: swap the grilled chicken for fried. Instead of adjusting my order, they replaced my entire sandwich with a completely different, cheaper item — different toppings, different ingredients — and charged me the full price of the original. Incredibly underwhelming, dry burger and there was barely any sauce in it thankfully there was a slice of tomato and 3 pickles, cold oil soaked fries and burnt chips. Receiving our order also took just under an hour and the cashier was clearly irritated with people asking why it was taking so long. We decided to order through ubereats to make sure we wouldn't have to wait, the app showed ready for pick up at :05 and we only got it at :35, initially placed the order at :45. Also, the bun to meat ratio isn't it, don't believe the hype, the time and money is definitely not worth it.
