If I could give this place a zero I would. The man working behind the counter was extremely rude abd very aggressive. Disgusting attitude. Low class behaviour.

Food was really good, amazing service, my only complaint is that it was freezing in there, had to eat with out winter jackets on but enjoyed my burger and poutine. 5 stars on that.

Very Poor Quality & Rude Service I’ve been buying from this place since it opened and honestly the experience has only gotten worse. The customer service is rude and careless, with no respect for customers. The food quality is also very disappointing. As clearly seen in the picture, the chicken is oily not properly crumbed, and not crunchy at all. It feels soggy and undercooked instead of fresh and crispy. This is not what you expect when paying for fried chicken. There is no consistency, no quality control With this kind of service and food quality, I do not recommend this place at all.

Best burger i had in mtl, the cashier was super cool and efficient, i think his name was Imad, great customer service and even greater burgers.

The food was excellent, no complaints there. However, the customer service was disappointing. A very simple and reasonable request (cutting the burger in half) was met with an unnecessary attitude that made us feel uncomfortable. Good food alone is not enough—respectful and professional behavior toward customers is essential.
