I’ve never ever seen a great B12 like this the food was great and super well cooked and the service was great and I didn’t know French that much but there was this lady but I don’t know the name but she was really respectful and she really great with me when I went inside the atmosphere was great it was easy to talk even it was really clean. I’m really happy for this experience I recommend people to go here!

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The food was not properly cooked compared to other locations of the same franchise where I usually have a good experience. However, the most upsetting part was the customer service at the cashier. The woman serving us was very rude and unwelcoming: no greeting, no smile, and a cold attitude from beginning to end. Even when asking for water, it felt like we were bothering her despite having a bill of nearly $100. I want to make it clear that my comment has nothing to do with her appearance or the fact that she wears a hijab. I am only referring to her behavior and customer service, which in my opinion hurts the image of the restaurant. I also noticed that she was rude even with her coworkers. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback constructively in order to improve the customer experience.

I came yesterday, the food was incredible, but the service from the cashier GURLEEN truly stood out. She was professional, efficient, and handled the rush with total ease. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and welcoming person at the front. She is a massive asset to the team—I’ll definitely be back!"
