I ordered from uber most times I got from here and for the quality of these big burgers and how fast they’re made it’s amazing. Good burgers and lots of options

Lady taking order seemed like taking our order was the last thing she wanted to do. She didn’t greet us and threw our receipt and the pager thing on the counter. My wife didn’t even want to wait for the food after that service, but whatever we were hungry. So now the food I found was very bland. It’s a big burger just no flavour.

There was a young woman at the front desk who did not seem happy to be there. I love B12 on St Catherine but this experience was disappointing. The attitude of the young woman really affected my visit. She came to my table and gave me a strange, unfriendly look. I definitely won't be coming back. They also do not serve as many chips/French fries as the B12 of St Catherine.

Restaurant response

Response added on 30 Aug 2026

Thank you for your feedback, Marlen. We're truly sorry we fell short during your visit. A team member's unfriendly attitude and the smaller fries portion negatively affected your experience. Please email us at [email protected] so we can learn more and address this.

The young girl that was working there had the worst service I have ever seen. She was looking at us with a face of disgust before we even speak with her. I don't suggest going there

Our first time going to Burger12 to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and we had such a great time! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything was so satisfying. I ate so much that I could barely walk straight afterward 😅😂 The atmosphere was fun and perfect for a birthday celebration, and it was a great place to enjoy a meal with family. We all left feeling very full and happy. I would definitely come back again and recommend Burger12 for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal! 🍔🎉

B12 Burger is great for crispy flavors! The burgers have an amazing crispy taste, and the fries are perfect—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce is delicious and really brings everything together. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to. Highly recommend!
