Dear Cynthia We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced, but I would like to inquire about those concerns if you don't mind. You mentioned that everything was reheated in the microwave. As you can see, there is no door in our kitchen, allowing visibility to all activities. Furthermore, we do have an Air-fryer that we use occasionally. I have never noticed anyone cooking salmon, Iranian shashka, or chicken sandwiches in the microwave. Another question arises regarding the food not meeting your satisfaction. If this was the case, why did you reorder all our dishes? I understand that our prices are not cheap, but our dishes are made with fresh, homemade ingredients. During your visit, one of our workers asked you how the food was, and you mentioned it was delicious. As a gesture of goodwill, she offered you five different desserts on the house. In the future, please do not hesitate to provide feedback on what you like or dislike, as we strive to ensure our customers are happy. We are dedicated to working hard to meet your expectations.
