Cool bar / lounge in the Fairmont. We had Salmon and Tuna tartare and Caesars and Martinis! Julie was our fantastic server! our new favorite place

Did not eat here but the drinks were great. Disappointed though that if you ask for an extra dirty Martini they charge you $5.00. Seems petty for a higher end hotel and restaurant. Olive brine $5.00? I wouldn't go back.

We sat at the bar and ordered the poutine! Which was is perfectly crispy, rich gravy, and the cheese curds melted just right. The staff are genuinely friendly and gave great drink suggestions, The space is a bit snug and can get noisy, but that only adds to the lively and cozy atmosphere! Also Theo and our bartender Liz were fantastic! Merci bien pour vôtre hospitalité 🥂
