I generally love A&W and keep coming back because it consistently feels like a step above the usual fast food experience. One of the biggest things that stands out to me is the quality of the ingredients. The food tastes fresher, less artificial, and more thoughtfully made than what you get at many other chains. The beef has a more natural taste, the vegetables usually seem fresher, and even the buns and toppings feel like they were chosen with more care. Another thing I really appreciate is the speed. From ordering on the app to having the food in hand, it is always super fast from app to tray. That kind of consistency matters, especially when you want something quick but do not want to compromise on quality. A&W seems to have that balance figured out better than most. I also like that the brand feels focused on doing fast food properly rather than just pumping out cheap filler. The menu has enough variety to keep things interesting, and the overall experience is usually smooth, reliable, and satisfying. What keeps me returning is that A&W manages to deliver comfort food that still feels like it has some integrity behind it. It is one of the few fast food places where I regularly feel like I am getting real ingredients, fast service, and dependable quality all in one place. Overall, I generally love A&W, and for me the combination of quality ingredients and consistently fast service makes it stand out.

The application isn't user friendly. It took my points away, but it didn't work into the cash register machine. My points disappeared from my application. Luckily the cashier helped as they saw the points in the application went down. Much appreciated from A&W staff comprehension over a machine application making an error.

Before entering the restaurant, we were agreed by one of the staff,Gerard, who held the door open for us. I didn’t know at that time that he was part of the staff. This gentleman knows what customer service is all about and what it entails. He was courteous, polite, and made our stay here more than a pleasant one. All of us at the table, trust that the headquarters of A&W will make Gerard aware of his service

Stopped to the drive-through to grab burgers for the kids and we were welcome by Gaetan, super nice and funny. Always nice to get service from someone who cares and does his job with a little something more, a smile! Thanks Gaetan!

I had a wonderful experience at A&W on Greber. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was fast. Special shoutout to Marsy for her amazing customer service — she was polite, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!
