I live right beside.... I love a&w and have many great experiences but not at this location. Bad service everytime 10+ times. Bad management. Under staffed. Half the restaurant is always blocked off with a table...(the fountain refill... Ketchup... Plate return area... Hand sink... Ketchup... Napkins are all in the area blocked off) Only staff uses the booths. Many times have got my order wrong or overcharged. Long wait times 30 mins yesterday with my daughter. Ran out of apples and gravy yet let me order apples for my kid and the person infront of me ordered a poutine. Hard buns more than once. Unfriendly environment other than a few staff members. Place seriously needs someone skilled and who cares about good service in charge!

Clean place, spotless, great atmosphere and pleasant staff, polite, cheerful, efficient and friendly. They do take great care to keep the place clean and tidy. It is a pleasure to watch the young team working together. Wish them all the success they deserve. They definitely have the right attitude for a great future. The owner of this business should be very happy and proud to have this team working for him. Pleasant atmosphere and great quality food. The young waitress took the time to ask me if my meal was alright. Decided not to go there any more, there is an annoying binging sound comes on each few seconds and never stops. Spoke to a worker who said it is a timer and they cannot stop it. Goodbye to the place.
