I went with my friend Julian. Service was fast and awesome. Got a chilled mug, so cold my rootbeer had icicles in it! Free refills you can serve yourself, unlimited ketchup and spices. My tummy is happy. The staff people are friendly and smiling

Stopped by this A&W location on a Saturday around noon with a few friends. Service was fairly quick, aside from the lady ahead of us who took quite a while to place her order. Overall, the place was clean, the service was fast, and the food was OK, although it was a bit bland and could have used a little more flavour. I would have appreciated a dipping sauce with my onion rings. What really stood out, though, was the frosty mug they serve with the root beer. That was a nice touch and brought back memories of when places used to do that when I was a kid. It felt a little nostalgic and classy at the same time. They also offer root beer floats, which is a great idea. I didn’t try one this time, but I might go back just for that. Overall, I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars. The food wasn’t quite as good as some of the other burger spots around, but the frosty mug definitely bumped the experience up from what would have otherwise been about a 2.5. A decent spot for a quick bite.

Kudos to the entire A&W Arthur Sauvé team! I was really impressed by the restrooms: very clean, well-maintained, and smelling great — honestly, that’s rare and often a weak point in many restaurants. As for the sandwich, nothing to complain about: everything was well-proportioned, the sauce, the ingredients, the flavors. It was delicious, satisfying, and perfectly made. Great job again, an A&W definitely worth a visit! 👏
