This morning at the A&W at the Renfew Location Jacob and Lee were fantastic today for our breakfast. My husband even said the eggs were cooked perfectly by Lee and Jacob was extremely pleasant to talk to.

Dissapointed with the service. Second time the same girl at the counter takes my oder and mess up what i asked. She seem pretty bored and had no smile. Food was alright and bathroom was clean at the time i went.

Food was great but place needs cleaning. Condiment counter was filthy including napkin dispenser. Front doors were also dirty. First impressions are everything.

Got drive through. My papa burger had one slice of onion and maybe a drip of mayo!!! No lettuce no tomato no pickle no ketchup. Not impressed.

Rarely do I usually give a 5 star rating. But this restaurant deserves it. Over the past 4 years, this has become the soul fast food restaurant I eat from in Renfrew. Due to its friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, and ease of parking and drive through access.
