Was told that they were not organized enough to have anything prepped to make any burgers and that they only can serve eggs. Typically A&W is known for all day burgers it even says it in their menu which makes this whole encounter odd.

I came from US, was looking forward to having some late night food at A&W because A&W is not the same in US then Canada. Came in at 845pm... they had already closed the kitchen before I got in saying its closed... that means you closed at 840pm... the time advertised is 9pm. If you wanted to go home earlier, you should get a different job because you're supposed to serve the people not your self...

Staff not really nice, they offer kids menu and dont have chocolat bar but charge same price as if its normal.

The restaurant is dirty you can barely find a clean chair or table, the staff are preparing food with no gloves no hair cap, putting their hands all over people's food, the trays are without sous plat paper, i doubt that they are being properly washed after use. The washroom is so smelly and dirty looks like it has been months without a proper cleaning. Bottom line avoid this branch even for a pick up.

I ordered food when i got it instore. It was raw running eggs very disgusting. I told the Manager she said it cant be changed and she wont rendue the order and wont give my money back. Very bad service.... I had to call the police.

Generally poor attitude of the staff. Toast was burned; not subjectively, it was black. This seems to be a prevailing theme in the reviews.
