I ordered the Kids Pack with extra chips and a chocolate milk. Not only did the staff member forget to include the standard apple and energy bar, but they also made up a story, claiming we didn’t have any energy bars or apple slices. If that’s the case, then why do the text description and photos on my order clearly state that the Kids Pack includes an energy bar and apple slices? Not only was their attitude terrible, but they also lied and deceived us—do they take customers for fools? Or perhaps they’re simply extremely unprofessional and don’t know that the standard children’s meal includes an energy bar and apple slices?

Among fast-food burger restaurants, I think A&W burger are quite good. This location in particular is the best in Quebec City, in my oppinion. Food quality are great. Inside is clean. Staff are nice and welcoming. Lots of parking lots for anytime of the day. I only wish they would fix their broken Wifi. Overall, this place is definitely better than McDonald.

This A&W is hands-down the best in Canada! The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is quick and friendly, and the staff genuinely care about giving you a great experience. Clean, consistent, and full of good vibes…. this location sets the gold standard!

Sunday, June 28, 2026: 00:33:32 I ordered an uncle burger and after getting to an edge realized it was not completely cooked. The hamburger meat was still wet. If I was intoxicated, I might have continued eating it. I told the front and the clerk called the cook over and he tried to claim he cooked it through. Obviously, the meat was not cooked through. They gave me a new burger (not an uncle but one with a smaller patty). I hope I do not get sick from this. Ive ordered uncle burgers from Saskatchewan and have never had one that was pink. And no it is not ketchup or medium rare!!! It was rare!

I don’t eat onions and pickles, so every time I order burger, I clearly tell the staff and make sure the order screen shows that onions and pickles should be removed. However, the burger I got as takeaway today still contained both onions and pickles. It wasn’t peak hour when I ordered, and there were no other customers, so there is no possibility of having this mistake due to being too busy. I live nearby and often order the exact same meal, and this is the first time such an absurd mistake has happened.

Very bad service I wait for 45 min for a small order. The guys very slow
