The worst place ever just tried to get 2 burgers the diel with the red braids was really rude she didn't even gave me my food that was made just because she didn't had any change I told her to keep the change but she refused and didn't give me my food worst a&w ever you guys can do better

When I ordered the burger, I noticed that the lady working there kept scratching her head for 2–3 minutes, and then she started making the burger with the same hands without wearing gloves. After that, she scratched her head again quite hard and then packed my burger with the same hand. There were many people standing around me, so I didn’t want to say anything and embarrass her in front of everyone.

Came to get breakfast because they have all day breakfast. They tell me there's nothing and it stops at 11: 00am.. no one understood a word of English either.. we are in the middle of a big city with tons of tourists. It's really helpful to have people that speak both languages

Bag fell on floor, they picked and put it on the table then put the food in the same bag. Talking on food and touching surfaces barehands. Not what I used to get in Nova Scotia, they serve you on the table, but here I don’t get tray, once fries were burnt, this time they were raw, will never 👎 come back at this location. This location should learn from Nova Scotia A&W.
