I seem to almost always have an issue with the late night workers here. The hamburger I got had a burnt clump of bacon in it. The fried were served soggy and cold. When I asked to simply get a new serving of fries it seemed to be an issue which to start off is already extremely disrespectful. I don't know where employees think they have the power to start arguments with customers over simple standards of service. For example, the fries are not supposed to served cold and soggy, their shouldn't have been a clumpy piece of burnt bacon in my hamburger, I wanted diet soda and was served regular, I needed to go to the bathroom to simply was my hands and was refused entry. All these things were an issue on my visit and the African or Caribbean resembling employee with glasses behind the counter made all of these very normal simple requests a absolute nightmare for no conceivable reason at all. Its really not the first time I have an issue with this particular which is a shame really. Consistently rude and down right disrespectful. God forbid you ask for something they treat you like you don't even exist and are worthless, like you just didn't pay money to dine there. I usually don't even write reviews because I feel it to be mostly a waste of time. But this particular experience needs to be shared. I can't just let something like that slide. Customer service like that needs to be iradicated before it can get worse and hopefully for the next person if I can help it. Employees like that have no right to treat customers so poorly like that. This employee and you know who you are you should be ashamed of yourself. The place was a pig stye when I walked in. Chairs were dirty. Their was loitering going on and no dld or said anything. Even getting ketchup seemed to be a hassle. One the employees handed me packs of ketchup while he was handling the garbages at the same time. Are you kidding me? That right there is a health risk and I should know I'm both sane and a trained chef. Ketchup packets should not even be a thing unless its for take out not for dine in Just looking back now what a disgraceful situation. I obviously got heated myself but only because the employee behavior so terribly and of course for seemingly for no reason at all. Just because he felt like it I guess which makes it even worse. He was yelling at me that he doesn't speak English only French and then started speaking English later on like nothing. I told him I was gonna complain and he acted like he didn't care at all. That isn't exactly a proper sign of good over all administration. Anyway these days where it seems like nobody really cares about standards of service or quality, I can't just sit on the sidelines and watch something just down right wrong to occur. It's not in my nature and it probably shouldn't be for others as well. I really hope you employees and especially that one particular employee, you get yourself some help because I really think you need it. You shouldn't feel the need to drag other people, for nothing reason at all on my part mind you, into your world of disrespect and down right foolishness. Grow up and shape up it's the only way you they say you can advance. Or remain acting like children I have no idea. But I wouldn't want a child preparing my food at a restaurant that's for sure. I really hope someone contacts me about this because again this is not the first interaction I have had with this individual, I think it might of happened about 1 or 2 others time also. One is already too much but to think their were also two other times is absolutely absurd. So yeah if possible please contact me.
