I visited this A&W location yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee refused to speak in english and would only communicate in french. We ordered a combo meal, but it took around 20 min to be prepared, which felt excessive considering it was a simple order. When the food was finally handed to us, we did not receive napkins or condiments (ketchup/mustard), even though we had asked for them. We also noticed that gloves were not being used during food preparation, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, the service was slow, unhelpful, and below the standard we expected.

Most incompetent a&w ive ever experienced… ordered a teen burger and received 2 buns a patty and a tomato that out off all the topings i got to choose from tomatoes and pickles where the only i didn’t want on my burger and i get disrespected like this… terrible service how can you be open for 24/7 and not have all ingredients ready in stock… manager of this place is unresponsible and has no idea of how to successfully run a business/fast food chain. If you are running a 24/7 business ypu must be smart enough to understand that you must have all ingredients in STOCK INCOMPETENT SLOW MANAGER IN CHARGE… CLOSE THIS LOCATION ASAP

Worst place , i have ever seen in montreal , disgusting , i order veg burger they guys but sausage patty in my burger what the hell they guys are doing, even i asked two - tgree times that I need pure veg burger no meet , i am vegetarian, still the girl give me that sausage burger , its unacceptable thing this is , NEVER recommend this placd ever😡😡😡
