I had a great experience at A&W today. Andrew at the cash was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Hussain, the cook, did an amazing job preparing the food!!!! it was fresh, hot, and delicious. Both employees were professional, efficient, and made my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Andrew and Hussain, for the outstanding service!

The employee at the front counter was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. When placing our order, we specifically requested that the food be served extra hot and made it clear that we were happy to wait longer if needed. He assured us that he would relay our request to the kitchen. Unfortunately, all of the burgers were served cold, and we had to send the poutine back to be reheated. While we appreciated the staff's friendliness, it was disappointing that our request was not accommodated despite being communicated in advance. For future visits, I would encourage the restaurant to pay closer attention to customer requests, particularly when guests are willing to wait for their food to be prepared as requested. We left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

The worker who makes the burgers should be changed because he prepares them very poorly. He doesn’t add sauce, cucumber, or lettuce—he just puts the potato patty inside the bun and serves it. We had a very bad experience at A&W.Kirkland 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Had the worst service by this A&W I ordered on uber eats.. everything was cold and I never received two apple pies that I ordered. Never again gonna uber eats again. Also why is it when people don’t tip the driver they decide to take another order after yours.. this is ridiculous. Food is already expensive as it is, the uber drivers get the service fee and the delivery fee. Why do we have to tip the drivers too!?

Ordered with uber eats and was able to customize my burger, what i got was disappointment with a side of onion. I got a burger filled with mayo and raw onion, not what I ordered. This was the most disappointing and rage induced eating experience i have had in a while. Absolutely disgraceful. I cannot emphasize enough how bad the onions tasted, i would expect this at McDonalds, but not here.

I ordered a burger and the first bite of the burger tasted “off” and when I looked further the bun on one side was soggy. It looked as though the burger may have been sitting around for awhile. Completely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. Reading other reviews about mouldy bread I will not be going back to this location.
