This morning I stopped by A&W, and the experience honestly made my day. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a beautiful smile, and the music playing in the background was such a great vibe. I ordered something a bit off-menu, and instead of hesitation or attitude, the staff happily accommodated my request with genuine kindness. I truly appreciated the warm service and positive energy. The worst aw in canada order a meal, And they have no fries, order two nashville burgers, the clownette serving me take the order, screws it up, She understood one nashville and a drink, she give me the bill 27 dollars, I asked where is the second one, oh you asked one only, then she wanted to double the bill, no wonder those clown deal in rupees which is about 15 cents for a meal, we are not going back there and everyone avoid this AW On st john like the plague, worst ever in Canada.

When you get home you notice missing food, then they don't acknowledge it. It would cost more gas to come back for a buddy burger, why would anybody lie about that. Horrible. Ordering with them on Uber is even worse

This is the worst a&w, everytime I go the root beer machine is broken. They always say tomorow it will Be fixed but it’s the same issue everytime. Then they laugh and tell me to take something else. Very unprofessional.

Got a coffee in the morning and it was a good experience. The staff was nice and welcoming. Shiha, who served me, was really kind and friendly. Overall, quick service and a great way to start the day
