I went to the gas station across from this A&W and was directed here to use the washroom. When I asked, the first employee explained that the door was locked and she needed to ask her manager. I completely respected that and waited. The manager then came out with an unbelievably condescending tone and attitude, telling me she would not open the door and that she did not care how badly I needed to use the washroom. I was shocked by how dismissive and disrespectful she was over a basic request. What made this even worse was that she then started ignoring both me and my friend. Being spoken to that way and then treated as though we weren’t even standing there was humiliating and infuriating. Another employee ended up having to call someone at the other gas station to try to help. I genuinely felt bad for the person trying to assist us, who looked visibly upset that they couldn’t resolve the situation. I could have accepted an explanation about washroom access. What I cannot accept is being met with contempt, spoken down to, and deliberately ignored. There was absolutely no reason to handle the situation with such a disgusting attitude. Management needs to take a serious look at how people are treated at this location. Basic courtesy and human decency should never be too much to ask.

Breakfast was gross, eggs were over cooked barely edible.. sausage taste funny, bacon was like rubber and bread was not toasted.. 2 breakfasts for 37 dollars that were absolute garbage 🗑 and that's exactly where it went the garbage ... what a waste

First time trying breakfast from A&W and I really enjoyed it. I got a Bacon & Egger with a hash brown and coffee. The sandwich was warm and filling and the hash brown had a really nice crunch. Coffee was fresh and hot too. Great experience overall.

They gave us a burger without patty and refused to change it. Even when they knew english they refused to speak when they found out they were wrong.

This location deserves a good review. It’s a smaller location and it’s often a bit low on staff, but the staff are good guys and the food is well prepared and usually really fast.

If you’ve never been here, now you have. It’s a restaurant that’s so common in Canada. At my age it’s hard to say I like fast food but they had a janitors closet you can’t find at other chains. Don’t look for the employees. Since they produce specific foods they don’t like their identity being shared with anyone. It’s not the best look for them to have to introduce themselves. Shout out to Tim the drive through inspector… 12 vials later and he breeded an extremely distinct individual. Will be back once my canker sores allow me to drink carbonated drinks… their root beer is something I’ve had before. Not sure where, but let’s just keep that story for another review. I will be back! Thanks again for swift service.

Restaurant is small and even if we were 3 people ordering it took forever. I ordered the onion rings but i got the fries and didnt even bother telling them since i didn't want to wait another 10min. Food was ok. It was cold but the food was well put together I must say.

Stopped in for breakfast a few times over the week while I was working in the area. The food was consistent and the coffee isn't too bad either. This location is beside a gas station, there are a fee tables and bench along the window but it's not very big. It was relatively clean from what I seen.
