Stopped by recently and noticed a big improvement. The staff were friendly, the service was smooth, and the place was much cleaner. They mentioned there’s new management—and it really shows.

Got my fries stolen by a homeless while I was sitting with my friends minding my own business. Other than that the service was great, the food was even better and the environment wasn’t too bad, it wasn’t crowded and the place was pretty clean. -12yr

I order two burger by doordash and I said no bacon on my burger they add bacon on both of them!!!!! I said no mustard no tomato they made it with mustard and tomato. and 2 dry burger!!

Pretty happy the place was open late at night. Received a relatively fast service, but the cashier was quite rude. Either, big win for being open all night 🔥

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Morning shift at this location is unacceptable. No staff at the counter, loud music playing in the back, no greeting, no response even after calling out. I waited and left without being served. We pay to be served, not ignored. I will never return to this location.

Employee told me to leave after a few hours cause she "needed to clean", even though I had paid for a whole meal and it was empty. I was just chilling in my notebook?
