If you even have a coupon code, workers insist they can’t input it into the system. Most people will just pay full price, but you have to keep insisting they actually DO know how to do it, until magically the system is okay and they input it. Incredibly frustrating, ignorant and trying to get around company protocol!

I wanted to get the sale of the teen burger at 5$, but the employees did not want to cook any more meat. I had to go to mc donalds... Not proud of it

BE AWARE: This restaurant claims to be 24 hours, but I ordered something for pickup at around 2am and they said they were “cleaning” and I should come at 5am to pick it up (what?). So while the door is unlocked they are functionally closed, and yet they still take orders and have no way to refund them. Would not recommend ordering after midnight unless you want to stay up all night to get your burger at 5am. Apart from that, this place is mixed. The upper dining area is nice, but would be so much more enjoyable if it were a bit warmer, cleaner, and had more comfortable seating. The staff are hit or miss - some are lovely and friendly, others are rude and couldn’t care less. The onion rings are very underseasoned. It’s more expensive than other locations, with no promotions and pricey extras.
