Lady at the counter was very rude and impatient with us, she greeted us with rude glares and she didn't even try to put a smile on her face. I get that everyone has bad days but, as someone who worked as a waitress, you have to be at least a little sympathetic. You are supposed to give your client the best experience possible. In addition, there were absolutely no reasons for her to be unkind with us as we weren't even rude with her to begin with.
