Ordered on doordash for two combo and didn’t even get the burger only got onion rings with extra salt never ordering again ever

Scene one: we bicycle 43 miles and see an A&W sign. I have fond memories of a&w root beer floats. scene two: we walk inside and see A display lit above the counter showing a frosted glass mug. Scene four: I ordered the root beer float and watch as the clerk grabs a brick of ice cream, peels the paper and tosses it into a plastic cup. She then adds the root beer and gives it to me. I asked about the mug and the blender and she says they don't have the equipment to wash the glass or own a blender. She offers me a wooden spoon that is very ineffective in dealing with the ice cream brick. I think four letter swear words have been replaced by five letters. Profit and greed.

Food was cold but it was midnight to be fair and I ordered a simple buddy burger with no cheese. Great service . Employees had a smile and were very accommodating and quick service . Had a ready to eat a&w burger within less than 5 minutes. Thank you A&W Canada

I came several times to grab breakfast after work at this location and they tell me they’re closed. It says 24h. Many locations offer breakfast early on, but they don’t. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back this location

I had a very disappointing experience. I specifically asked for no bacon in my burger, but the employee still added it. I initially thought it was a mistake, but when I went back to have it corrected, she laughed and made jokes about it instead of taking the situation seriously. She also involved another employee and they made inappropriate comments instead of fixing the issue. This was disrespectful and unprofessional.
