Maélie was a wonderful server! She checked in on us throughout our brunch and made sure our experience was seamless! The food was delicious- I had the banana, strawberry Nutella crepe and the avocado bacon eggs Benedict!

Went to au petit chalet by chance as we wanted a quick brunch before an event in Quebec City. Pros: Food was good Good and friendly service Large portions Coffee refills Cons: Construction at the entrance Unisex bathroom - not an issue per se just surprising when you walk in and start to question if you are in the wrong bathroom. Overall would return to have a meal.

Food- incredible. I had the strawberry French toast with the maple ham eggs Benedict. I don’t think I’ll be able to go back to normal eggs Benedict. Service- amazing. My server helped me choose between all the amazing options. He gave his honest feedback and was very friendly. Worth the visit for breakfast or brunch!

I liked this place quite a bit. It's very nice, very well decorated, and has a great atmosphere. I was very surprised at the professionalism of the young staff. We were served by Ava and she was very nice. The prices are quite good and the food quality is excellent. I'm from Montreal and I will go back to this place as soon as I am back in Quebec City. I highly recommend.

Food was average. Presentation was very nice and service was good. This restaurant has a great location close to Old Quebec but the breakfast fare was fairly ordinary. Sausages were probably the highlight, French Toast was basically grilled bread fairly tasteless and caramel sauce on top was not salted not flavourful, the bananas and strawberries were fresh and good. The waffle was not that great either. Cafe latte and smoothies were very good. So overall not a place I would visit again.

Amazing food no matter the time of day. Loved the apple lovers crepe so much we came back for a NHL playoff game and enjoyed nachos and smash burgers. Excellent in all ways.

We were first-time visitors to Quebec and had heard much about Au Petit Chalet, so we made a reservation. We enjoyed the food very much; it was delicious, and the portions were generous. We will definitely be returning.

If you want great food, loud hockey energy, and a true Quebec playoff vibe, Au Petit Chalet absolutely delivers. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for the next game.
