I have been in several Michelin star restaurants and in the Basque country where the heart of high cuisine is. I will compare this restaurants with all that and is magnific the food was creative each flavor was popping up the ingredients a true farm to fork experience all local also sustainable I have the eight course meal for New year's and it was amazing each course was different delicate and well prepared not to mention the combination of the wines, the sommelier is very knowledgeable in how to pair each wine and allow you to enjoy the meal better if you come to Quebec you need to drive all the way to the restaurant and enjoy! Before coming be familiar with farm to fork and creative cuisine and be ready for a drive in the country side. I will be back for sure.
