After more than 10 years, I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised to return and find the same exceptional recipes, familiar menu, and outstanding quality that made me love Atami Sushi in the first place. The sumashi soup was absolutely delicious, delicate, comforting, and full of authentic flavor. Every dish we ordered was beautifully prepared, incredibly fresh, and served with great attention to detail. What also stood out was the perfect ambiance: calm, elegant, and not overly loud, allowing for relaxed conversations and a truly enjoyable dining experience. It’s rare to see a restaurant maintain such consistency and high standards over the years. The service was warm, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Atami Sushi truly remains a hidden gem and a perfect example of quality, tradition, and customer care done right. Highly recommended!
