Came here to eat on a Sunday, there was no staff in the building, except for 1 cook. Friends had been there for over 1 hour without being served. But I have to say they adapted and overcame a situation and the night turned out great, food was amazing, and the server they called in was amazing.

One of the bartenders was terrible to me and my friends… she was very disrespectful towards us all night. The service was shitty too! Every time she came close to us, she gave us a look and then proceeded to ignore us. It was our first time there and will definitely be our last time. If I could give 0 start, I would!

This is a bit of a different review, I went and read all the reviews and I don't have little kids anymore but sure wish this place was around when I did, it sounds like an absolute blast and a very much family style restaurant this day and age and Pembroke really needed. By the sounds of it there was some growing pains in the beginning and alot of customers ,due to this style of restaurant so needed in this area but what was so impressive was how the owners answered every critical review and offering the chance to make it right gets my upmost respect. How often do you ever see that? I don't think i have ever seen that. It sounds like you have a great thing started and i wish you the best and hope that everything comes together and by the sounds of you reaching out to your customers, you no doubt will achieve very much deserved success. I wish the very best for now and the future. Great Job

Service and food was great. Kids enjoyed the free games they provided. Spent over 2 hours there.

Nostalgic arcade, amazing service, delicious food. Went for the arcade and bar so didn’t need a table but food came out quick and was delicious. Great drink service and recommendations

11 of us went there for Valentines supper . The food was really good. And prices are fair. And our waiter and bartender Eric Blakey was amazing. We will definitely be going back.

Ashes has fast friendly and accurate service. The food is very good. I recommend this place to anyone.
