This place is a disaster the younger staff SPECIFICALLY THE YOUNG GIRL is definitely not trained properly and the food is disgusting my night was absolutely terrible because of the staff at this location and I will tell you right now myself and the group of friends I came with will never ever be back the young girl on staff is rude and basically shoved my friend out of her way when she was attempting to get to another table instead of just saying excuse me we were also harassed by an older gentleman outside while we were smoking and there was no security around to help . Should’ve listened to the multiple people that told me not to come here as I’ve just wasted $60 on food that wasn’t edible and drinks that were over poured ! Train your staff properly or fire them absolutely ridiculous don’t come here

Came in for the burlesque show and was so so disappointed, the server that was wearing a leather skirt and black tube top was exceptionally rude & over charged me . Two other girls noticed her attitude as well and pointed it out and she just ignored us , there was literally drugs all over the toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and management isn’t keeping tabs on it , i had to put toilet paper over the seat so I could sit down cause it was covered in piss ( women’s bathroom too ) the show itself was amazing and the ladies definitely brought the vibes but the staff and lack of hygiene were not it . There was also a number of people in a very small space which made it hard to move around or hear conversations , drinks were made okay . Noticed alot of people that were drinking drove home as well which I thought was odd as usually bartenders will ask “ are you driving “ after two or three drinks but these ones just kept on serving until you left . This was my first time ever coming to ashes and it honestly really disappointed, I was expecting this great fun place and instead I was met with an “ ok “ dive bar and terrible service . I think if this place is going to continue to stay open they need better staff and security as well as maybe a bigger location . The place there at just isn’t big enough for a bar …. A restaurant maybe but not a bar - good luck to ashes I wish you the best but I will not be back

This was booked well in advance for an end of year hockey dinner, arrived at seven food still not ready by 9 PM. Other teammates, families ordered food and the clubhouse sandwich bread was all blue molded. The cheeseburger sliders were raw and pasta was freezing cold. All the wild the owner was socializing with waste dresses and eating his own plate of dinner while one male Waiter was hustling around to try to serve everyone in one young man doing all the cooking in the kitchen. also went to use the bathroom there blood all over the toilet seat. in the end, the overall vibes did not have the feel of a family restaurant!

The bartenders here are terrible , games are cool tho and foods okay . Get new bartenders , the guy and young girl are absolutely terrible

Was a great experience. Had a birthday party and had children with us. Family oriented and everyone enjoyed it. The only issue we had was the wait time for food.

Last night I went for a nice meal with my family. This is our fourth or fifth time going. I feel like they’ve really been listening to people and I’m pleased to say that things have improved a lot over the past year. The food was fantastic. The portion sizes were good. We stayed with the kids and enjoyed the arcade for a few hours! We will be returning for sure, in fact, I would come a lot more often if the arcade was included with the purchase of a beer!

Today was my son bday party at ashes(new bday party spot that’s for sure)! My daughter had an accident by fainting and hurting herself. My spouse n her went to the hospital and ended up missing out on the party. Well after we got out of the hospital we went there to get her something to eat n she soooo wanted to play airhockey. As soon as we got there my spouse went in and she order her food for supper and they gave a drink on the house bc of what happened today. Most amazing companionship that the employees and owners have to make my daughter day a hell a lot better. 100% recommend for anyone wanting to go out or even book for events!

Came here to eat on a Sunday, there was no staff in the building, except for 1 cook. Friends had been there for over 1 hour without being served. But I have to say they adapted and overcame a situation and the night turned out great, food was amazing, and the server they called in was amazing.

One of the bartenders was terrible to me and my friends… she was very disrespectful towards us all night. The service was shitty too! Every time she came close to us, she gave us a look and then proceeded to ignore us. It was our first time there and will definitely be our last time. If I could give 0 start, I would!

This is a bit of a different review, I went and read all the reviews and I don't have little kids anymore but sure wish this place was around when I did, it sounds like an absolute blast and a very much family style restaurant this day and age and Pembroke really needed. By the sounds of it there was some growing pains in the beginning and alot of customers ,due to this style of restaurant so needed in this area but what was so impressive was how the owners answered every critical review and offering the chance to make it right gets my upmost respect. How often do you ever see that? I don't think i have ever seen that. It sounds like you have a great thing started and i wish you the best and hope that everything comes together and by the sounds of you reaching out to your customers, you no doubt will achieve very much deserved success. I wish the very best for now and the future. Great Job

Nostalgic arcade, amazing service, delicious food. Went for the arcade and bar so didn’t need a table but food came out quick and was delicious. Great drink service and recommendations

11 of us went there for Valentines supper . The food was really good. And prices are fair. And our waiter and bartender Eric Blakey was amazing. We will definitely be going back.

Ashes has fast friendly and accurate service. The food is very good. I recommend this place to anyone.
