The first time I went I would give it 5/5 and I told my friends we should go again. Food and everything was great. Second time I asked for a large mint hot chocolate with coffee and when it arrived it wasn’t the right size and had no mint probably no coffee either. When I told the staff instead of fixing it they put liquid mint in a small tin and gave it to me. Sadly not impressed the second time. The coffee should not taste drastically different and be the wrong size the next time. Especially when people are paying around $30 for food and drink. The first server on Monday was amazing sadly she wasn’t there yesterday. Good looking place through. The $30 I didn’t find worth it the second time. The server on Monday is really good at her job (lady with really short black hair)

Well...the place has been referred to me. I've been there today with my 2 friends. We were starving!!!! 12:37 We ordered 01:05 We got our coffees (finally!!) 01:25 We got our plates ( waffle, breakfast poutine and a bagel sandwich) The food wasn't hot at all. Service wasn't great as our waitress never came to us in almost an hour. Wasn't the rush time and the table of 4 who showed up 10 mins after we got our coffees got their meals less than 10 mins after we got our cold plates. I know we all have bad days but like....come on. Do not recommended.

I had a really disappointing experience here. We waited an hour for our food, while another table that ordered just a few minutes before us received their meals within about 20 minutes and were finished eating long before we even got ours. When our food finally arrived, it was cold. The sausages were especially bad — they tasted overwhelmingly like rosemary and nothing else. Even the coffee was served room temp. What made it worse was the lack of communication. I understand restaurants get busy or mistakes happen (I run a restaurant myself), but no one came to update us or explain the delay. When I brought up that I was disappointed, there was no effort to make it right — not even an apology beyond the bare minimum, let alone any kind of compensation. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly handled. I wouldn’t return.

I adored my visit, the food was amazing, tasty, sweet and the hot cocoa was delicious. I recommend if you're going for something sweet!
