Excellent service from Will who was managing the entire place by himself at lunchtime. Burger was great and beef poutine was filling and tasty. Great beer recommendation (pitcher of Valkyrie) as well. Will definitely return next time we are in old Quebec. Cheers from California!

Service was not good, was not busy and took forever to get our order in. The worst was the salmon dish, that came out fully raw. I have no clue how they would miss that I have never experienced that ever in any restaurant in my life. The only cooked part was the exterior, but once you cut in it was pure pink raw inside. Server offered 15% off the bill but did not feel that was sufficient given we did take a bite into the raw fish and it took a while for the cooked salmon to come out and another 5-10 minutes to flag a server down for some cutlery. Just did not feel on par with any other restaurants or pubs in Quebec City and service felt sloppy and unprofessional unfortunately :(

We took a day trip to Quebec City since we were in Montreal on vacation. We stopped in here for lunch. I got the beef poutine and it was amazing! Probably one of the best poutines I have ever had! Our waiter was very nice and friendly.

The service was very attentive. The restaurant uses a “service cube” at each table so you can easily get the attention of your wait staff. However, it really wasn’t needed in our case as our waiter, William, was checking in with us at the perfect times. The hostess was also lovely. If you enjoy craft beer and yummy pub food, this is a good choice.
