***Update to the owner's response*** Thank you for your response. I am sorry to hear that a large chain such as yours is unable to negotiate lower delivery fees with the platforms. However, your website shows menu pricing without indicating that delivery platform prices may be significantly different. While technically allowed, inflated “BOGO” promotions based on higher platform prices raise questions about transparency and how customers are being treated. Ultimately, this may be permitted under the rules, but it reflects a business decision about how customers are perceived and valued. Rules do permit restaurants to have different prices on delivery platforms. I would suggest consulting the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC) directly—you might be surprised by the clarification they provide. For my part, I prefer to refrain from ordering from businesses that present pricing in this way. **** I have a question regarding your pricing. On DoorDash, you list the pita for $15.99 in a BOGO promotion, while the in-store price is $9.95. This seems misleading because the “promotion” may actually result in customers paying more than the regular price. Could you please clarify whether this is a mistake or intentional pricing? Do you believe this pricing practice would be acceptable under the rules enforced by the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC)?

Thank you for your question. This pricing is intentional and complies with the rules enforced by the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC). Restaurants are allowed to have different prices on third-party delivery platforms compared to in-store pricing. Delivery platforms such as DoorDash charge significant commissions to restaurants. Because of this, menu prices on these platforms are often adjusted. The Buy-One-Get-One promotion is applied to the platform price and customers can clearly see the final amount before placing their order. This practice is very common across the restaurant industry and is permitted under OPC guidelines as long as the price displayed on the platform is the price the customer pays. We always aim to be transparent with our customers and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this.

Meh.... Keep driving/walking.... You'll find fresher, better food elsewhere And to really top it all off, I have to eat with a vegetarian fork which, of course, broke in my "food" somewhere and now I have to digest it... Can't wait to forget I'd ever been here ...

Confusing menu, confused staff. It took a full 5 minutes to order a plate and a pita. Not sure why but the guy behind the counter couldn’t understand if we were making meat choices for either. The plate was $22 for a single lamb brochette!

Hi Oliver. We are truly sorry for your experience but the prices and pictures are clearly written and drawn in the menu. A plate comes with a brochette + 1 side + 1 salad. Hope it cleard things up. Thanks for understanding.
