I am being generous with a rating of 1. My family of four ordered two turkey dinners, one fish dinner and the pork schnitzel. The turkey on the dinner was turkey loaf; not real turkey. The meal was ok but uneventful. The fish was mainly over cooked batter. It was hard to find the fish in the tremendous amount of batter. The schnitzel was dark brown over cooked meat. It looked awful but my son said it was edible but would never order it again. The fries seemed stale; they had been sitting in the drying/cooling rack for some time. This place fills the hunger gap and has friendly staff but you can probably make a better meal at home. Would not recommend for anything but breakfast. The breakfasts are ok but nothing special. RESPONSE TO RESTAURANT FEEDBACk Rather than address the shortcomings of your restaurant, you deflect in an attempt to discredit the feedback. I have eaten at many restaurants in your town and been very satisfied; including your restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The unanimous feedback from my family on the dinner meals was negative - non of us would go back. Your response should be to fix the problems so we would give it another try. Serving turkey loaf for the turkey dinner; really ! That is disgusting and amateurish. Fix your dinner meals, rather than discredit the feedback. The meals were disgusting. No response from the owner about fixing the disgusting meal. That is why I have reduced the rating from a 2 to a 1. I wish I could have given it a 0.
