Update: not sure what happened the once King has sold and moved on. Why, well I told him and instead of fixing he shut it down and maybe kept the building and decided to collect rent instead. Hope you make a come back, you have the talent. And are a very nice guy, the whole family is very nice. Please fix it - I know you can. Will go back in a few weeks to see how it has changed.
