Found unprofessional treatment from a Manager , whereas he refused to cancel an order of Manouche for 3 $ despite we explain that it was ordered twice, really his behaivor is sooo rude and it appears that the employees were threaten by his personality. Shame

Amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. A special thank you to Elie for the outstanding service, professional, friendly, and attentive. He truly makes you feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken manouche trio through a food delivery app because it was shown as available on the menu. About 30 minutes after placing the order — when the estimated preparation time is usually around 50 minutes — someone from the restaurant called me to say they no longer had the item I ordered. I understand that stock issues can happen, but the replacement options they offered were very limited and not appealing. One of them was shrimp, which I couldn’t choose because I’m allergic to seafood. Since the mistake was on their side (the item was listed as available when it wasn’t), I politely asked if it would be possible to switch to a shawarma instead, especially since the price difference was minimal. They refused and told me the only option was to cancel the order. I had never canceled an order before and wasn’t aware there would be consequences after waiting that long. After canceling as they instructed, I was charged the full amount with no refund. When I contacted Uber, I was told the payment had already been sent to the restaurant due to preparation time. I later called the restaurant and even went there in person to try to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, they acted as if the situation was my fault and said they didn’t know what happened. I found this very unprofessional and dismissive, especially since it was one of their employees who told me to cancel the order in the first place. As a paying customer, I expected more understanding and accountability. Overall, this experience showed very poor customer service. Customers should not have to lose their money because of a restaurant’s inventory error or miscommunication. Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard and disrespected.

I have been going to this place since 2018. I’ve always absolutely loved it. They kept up their quality through the pandemic. Sadly, on our most recent visit today, we found that the quality of the food had sadly decreased. For a weekend, the place was pretty empty. The pastry section was largely empty outside the more shelf-stable stuff (baklavas and cookies). I really miss the old Andalos. I hope that the business is doing well because I want this place to stick around - one of my favourites in the city I don’t mind driving 40 minutes to.

Andalos Restaurant & Bakery in Montreal is an absolute gem. The food is incredibly fresh and full of authentic flavors, especially the baked goods, which are always perfectly made and delicious. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite, fresh bread, or a full meal, Andalos never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Middle Eastern food in Montreal!

Nice variety of freshly prepared foods, from fatayer, manakeesh, salads, shish taouk and more. You can buy single servings or take home for the family. They also have ample seating to eat there. Friendly and prompt service at the food service counters.

I ordered shawarma the workers talk to each other and we wait they are very lazy and slow take 5 minute waist the time just to speak to each other with no actions it seems they dont like the job also when i asked him plz do my order he was angry i had to cancel my order finaly i will never come backe to this place stuff need some coaching how to do buisness!!!!!!
