Quick and courteous staff. Delicious food at a fair price.
Reviews / Ratings for Amy's Déjeuner Brunch Gâteries
Insanely busy at brunch time on a Sunday. Would not recommend going during the weekends as it is probably 30 decibels to high to have a proper conversation… My chicken in the autumn salad was dry and they were drowning in the sweet vinaigrette.. uck. ALSO: 21$ for a simple 2 eggs, fruit and yogurt w granola and toast is absurd.
Food very good, though fried potato kind of dark, smoked meet very good just salty. Eggs very well done. Fruits fresh.
I had a great experience here. Great West Island brunch location
We had to wait a bit for a table but that’s to be expected when the food is as good as it is here! The menu is huge and has something for everyone. I’ve eaten here a few times and tried something different each time and was never disappointed!
The service is excellent and extremely efficient, however as a consequence, the atmosphere and the food feels geared towards speed rather than quality.
Amy's outdid themselves today. Service was immediate, patient, and did not rush us out. Food was delicious. For the first time, I ordered Twins, which, when you want sweet AND salty, was perfect.
Great brunch spot in the West Island !!!
Very yummy but sooooooooooooo loud and I'm hearing impaired.
Food is great service is horrible the person that greats you is always stressed and giving attitude.
My family went to Amy’s last Saturday for breakfast. The smashed potatoes are amazing! I ordered a simple poached eggs with crepes and bacon and potato. Delish! Generous potions. The service was efficient and our server Richard was a gem. We will be going back for a brunch in the near future!
Zohreh gave us very good service and our breakfast experience was excellent and An Açai Donut to take home too . Highly recommend.
Great breakfast/brunch place. Affordable prices compared to its competitors. Lots of menu options. Quality of food is excellent and great portion size. Even though we went an hour before closing, service and food were still great!
We stumbled upon Amy's Déjeuner because were meeting a visiting friend for breakfast. The team helped make our handicapped child with severe allergies feel welcome. (We did go early to avoid large crowds and a noisy environment.) I you have a child with special needs or want to support a business that welcomes children with special needs, Amy's Déjeuner is worth patronizing. Thank you to the team for making us feel welcome.
The portion sizes were amazing. The staff is super nice so overall worth it. It is pretty packed on weekends so keep that in mind. I recoment the steak casserole
I went there once two years ago and I was treated badly by the staff. They laughed at me because Im overweight. I never went back. Atmosphere -5 stars
Great food choices of all kinds. Great price. They have decaf coffee 👍🏼 it was busy but I was still able to talk and be heard
Extremely rude staff, all they care about is getting you out of the store as fast as possible so they can take on the next customer. They don’t care about their customers, or their experience at their store. This isn’t the first time we experience this at Amy’s (last time they took off the plate before we were done so they can empty the table for a big group) This will definitely be our last time at Amy’s, and will be telling our friends and family as well, as there are so many other options out there that know how to treat their clients with respect and value.
My new favorite breakfast place! The restaurant isn't huge so if you go on, say a Sunday morning (post lockdown), be prepared to wait for a table. However, the service, staff, menu and food are amazing. The prices are competitive and the portions are great. I get the crêpes every time and they're always scrumptious! January 2026 update: I have been a regular customer at Amy's ever since they opened and unfortunately, it has gone from 5/5 to 0/5. Over the last 5 years I've been a customer, staff attitude and behaviour, portion size, service quality, everything has gone down. Once upon a time my review included the fact that our usual server, Jennifer, was pleasant and friendly. During one of our visits, we paid for our meal by interac and didn't tip because we had cash to be able to leave a tip while leaving. Jennifer made rude and honestly embarrassing comments, because she assumed we weren't tipping. Even her expectation of a tip was bold, given the fact that she was not at our table even once from bringing our food (getting our drinks wrong) and bringing us the bill. Another time, I found a piece of plastic wrapper in my food. The waiter we notified made a comment almost implying that it wasn't possible and that we were shady. After investigation he was able to confirm that it was from the package of whipping cream used in the kitchen, but the way he spoke left a sour taste. Most recently, I have finally decided to stop going back. The food tasted good but the meal I've always ordered has literally gone down by half in portion size/quantity. The meal (Le Rocher) I was served today would maybe make a dent in my hunger if I had ordered 2 portions of it. My daughter (3) has gone to Amy's with me since she was a newborn. Every single time, when we get our table I ask the servers to take away the milk and cream. This time I didn't and my daughter asked for and drank 2 containers. By the time Jennifer returned to take our orders, she said "we're going to leave the cream and milk for the coffee please". Though I agree she set a boundary as nicely as she deemed fit, it was distasteful. Just like the notice at the entrance telling customers to free up their table in 1h30 mins at most.
Pros: A) Service is friendly. The waiters speak English and French. B) Place looks clean and well kept love the natural windows and lighting. C) Food was delicious and tasty. D) Unlimited Coffee ☕️ Cons: A) In the bathroom one of the stalls was out of order and covered in a garbage bag. B) No Reservations as they are super busy only walk-ins. C) The manager or owner wants all of you to be there when you arrive. No waiting or holding back or she will give up your spot to another group. D) WiFi does not work even though they say they have. Maybe it’s me it may work for you. Conclusion: It’s a good breakfast spot very popular and busy on Saturdays and Sundays. Wait times vary but we came on Sunday at Brunch. Our waitress was kind and nice and loved the service. We may return if things improve and they have donuts as well. They also accept Uber Eats. God Bless you. In God we trust 🙏 Vivat Christus Rex 👑 Always. Philippians 4:19 ✝️
Had a really good time here, awesome food all around caring and homey way better than some of the big chain options around. In particular Jennifer’s service was fantastic. We will for sure come back
Soooo happy we found this spot! The food was delicious and the staff is so sweet and accommodating. Would 100% come back anytime. Special thanks to Jennifer, you made our day with the donuts!
It’s rare to walk into a place and immediately feel how much the owner truly cares, from A to Z. Cleanliness, food quality, service, and the comfort of every guest are all top-notch. The portions are generous, yet everything feels home-cooked and made with intention. My kids and I genuinely love the vegan options, prepared with real, high-quality ingredients. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel looked after, not just fed. Keep up the great work and the attention to detail.
My last few visits, Mandy served us with a smile! She’s friendly, quick and attentive. Thank you for such amazing service.
Nice but noisy on a sunday morning
