Extremely unprofessional and refused to make our uber order! Waited over an hour and a half for our food. I was told by the driver that the gentleman was swearing and yelling at everyone waiting for food, and likely on some sort of drugs. We never received our food. After an hour and a half of waiting and having uber try contact the store- he canceled our order and ignored all their calls. Never again. Do better

Hi April,
We have reviewed our camera footage. The Uber driver named Nafamara arrived at our store at 11 :07am and was handed the order promptly at 11:09. Unfortunately, we're not in control of when the Uber drivers arrive. There was no yelling and as a matter of fact, there was no other clients in the store at that time given that it was 11:00 p.m. our Uber records show that The courier departed the store at 11:09 and proceeded to cancel the order at 11:30. Unfortunately this does not have anything to do with us. I have saved the video footage and will be sending it to Uber to ensure they don't send this unethical driver ever again.
