I ordered a shish taouk plate and they gave me potatoes with a sprinkle of chicken. I felt like they stole my money. Honestly, it’s also my fault I should’ve checked the reviews before going. What’s worse is that “headquarters” keeps replying to customers saying sorry, but nothing ever changes. The same problem is still happening over and over again, so those replies don’t mean anything. This kind of business shouldn’t exist. They are thieves, and it damages the reputation of the real Amir locations that actually try to give good quality food and proper portions.
