I have visited Amir several times in person, and my previous experiences were always positive. That is why today’s situation was especially disappointing. I placed an order, and neither the delivery menu nor the in-store menu indicated that chicken dishes were unavailable. I waited 30 minutes before being informed that my order could not be prepared due to the lack of the main ingredient. On top of that, I was asked to cancel the order myself and was warned about possible issues with receiving a refund. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be responsible for internal inventory issues or the failure to update the menu. As a result, my dinner and evening were ruined. As a returning customer, I expected a much more responsible and professional approach. I would appreciate some form of goodwill compensation for the inconvenience, and I trust measures will be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
