Not all Shawarma's are created equal. This place made the best tasting, best looking shawarma pita I have ever had. They obviouslty take pride in what they do. Made a point to thank the chef. I came in way after lunch rush and all was prepared to perfection, potatoes were perfect temp. I've been to others during lunch where potatoes were cold. Can't say enough.
