Really enjoyed Amaya. The food was very good, the service was exceptional, and the ambiance was great. Overall, it was a really nice experience and I’d definitely go back.

I have to say my wife and i loved our experience at Amalia. The food was amazing from begging to end. We started off with the oysters and a beef tartar which were amazing and we had the shared meat plater as our main and the portions and quality of meat were top notch! We also loved the cozy ambiance and excellent serveice. We will definetly be going back and i highly recommend Amalia if your looking for a nice night out with amazing food!

Note: this is NOT an authentic Portuguese restaurant, it is an INSPIRED by Portuguese cuisine. First, the service was excellent. The ambience and decor was beautiful. Subtle music that adds a nice touch. The dishes were okay but not wow. The octopus was a little overcooked and had a “burnt” after taste. The lamb chops are small portions and unfortunately, over cooked. They came on a bed of purée sweet potatoes.The New York striploin was actually very good and very tender (medium). The cost for two people will run you about $100 per person. Overall the experience was 3.5/5

We came here for our 5th year anniversary and everything was impeccable. Marilou was our waitress and she was so amazing, accommodating and so thoughtful. The food, atmosphere and service were 1000/10!

From the food, to the atmosphere, to the professional service, Amalia is a prime example of a fantastic restaurant. The food platters are filling, tasty and amazing. Great place to visit if you are celebrating a special occasion. The decor is beautiful and the food timing was amazing. The drinks were tasty and rich in alcohol. Will definitely be back.

Loved our night at Amalia. It was a busy night, but Mary Lou was a star, attentive with a really natural, easy communication style that made everything feel smooth and fun. Food was good overall, some hits and some misses, but for a Portuguese spot the piri piri chicken and bacalhau croquettes really stood out. Intimate, beautifully designed space, perfect for a date or special night out.

I recently celebrated my birthday with some friends. We were a group of 8. We sat at the chef’s table. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was delicious , The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable . The waiter came to let us know that our mains were taking longer than usual ( not that we noticed be abuse we were having such a good time) he compensated us with an oyster platter. Chapeau to the manager Xavier. He was very charming and personable which defines hospitality.

We went to Amalia on Valentine’s Day and had an amazing experience! The food and drinks were incredible, but the service truly made it outstanding. Tony and Xavier went above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed. Highly recommend — 11/10! We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to try their sister restaurant, Sel Noir.

went with my better half and her mom. We walked in and the place was really quiet… then a young lady and young man appeared and asked if we had reservations the answer was yes and we were seated. First impression was oh boy… then we were asked if we were Super Bowl fans and then it dawned on us that it was quiet because of that. We got menus and selected some drinks they arrived bang on super tasty the menu was simple and everything looked fantastic we ordered appetizers and again were blown away. The music was playing in the background nice boss nova versions of classic songs had me toe tapping in no time! Then we ordered food. I had the steak and the table had the chicken and gnocchi again totally floored with how good the food was and how impeccable the service was. The duo that was working made sure the table was well taken care of from water to follow up visits to general pleasant conversation. I can’t wait to go there again and get a real feel for the vibe of the place when it’s packed!! Lia thank you for your excellent service, professionalism and honesty!!

With Valentine’s Day coming in, this is the perfect date night spot! Amazing food, service, great vibes. ✨ The bacalhau croquettes, chicken wings, and the mixed grill (offered for 2 or 4) were all beyond perfect; beautiful presentation, plenty of food (ordered with fries), and all meats/seafood cooked to perfection. Bonus: The espresso martinis made with pastel de nata cream was easily the best espresso martini I’ve ever had, and dessert was perfectly balanced with them. Great vibes, wonderful service, great music… already counting down until our next visit! 😍

Nice restaurant vibe. The cocktails were nice, good service. The octopus and scallops carpaccio were the stars, very nicely presented and the flavor was outstanding. Moules were well prepared and very seasoned, steak with the amount of butter was delicious. Good amount per serving
