Awful service, the servers have a lot of attitude, they act like gangsters. You need to re evaluate how to treat customers and provide adequate training to your staff
Worst experiencer ever. The new management is horrible. They don’t know how to talk with the clients. We went there and they did not let us sit on the sides tables even though the place was empty. For the tea they wanted every person to buy one separate pot. The server had attitude and did not know how to talk. Had attitude for no reason and no customer service skills. Don’t go there!
