I never write reviews but this was a horrible allo mon coco experience. One of my children received soggy cereal. The waitress said it was because it was refrigerated and offered Oreos instead. All of our eggs were cold, which the waitress had replaced. The bacon seems to have been left out. The English cream was not allo mon coco English cream. It was a different color , consistency , and tasted gross. My cinnamon bun was stale. I had not realized one my child’s waffles came with English cream and caramel on top. I asked the waitress to remake it kindly. She came back to say the kitchen refused as I had not asked for it on the side. I explained it was my error and I’m ok paying for another plate. She repeated again the kitchen said no. I asked confused that again I know it’s ok. My child is 7 and will not eat it. I will pay. She left to have a new one made but she was not happy. It took 15 min for a half waffle and it was not busy at all. We were given one initial coffee and no refills. The fruits were not allo mon coco quality. Seems that this chain does not follow the franchise. Was gross. My stomach hurts from the food that I did eat ( we didn’t finish our meals). Some of the staff looked sloppy and dirty. Never again. Not worth it. Should have just eaten at the food court. ( was at ste dorothee location week before that was excellent ). The only positive was the crayons and coloring papers for the kids

Terrible. Waited over an hour for food to arrive. When food finally arrived it was cold. Sent my plate back and cancelled order. Wife and daughter ate their plates warm at best, because my toddler granddaughter needed to eat. Poor all around experience.

This was our last visit at Allô Mon Coco Rosemère. The food was ok, but as we were paying at the end of our meal, we heard shouting (which had been constant throughout the meal) coming from the kitchen. The employees in the kitchen, at the opposite end of the restaurant kept yelling at our server, who was completely alone handling the service. We found it very unprofessional to shout in such a manner, especially in a restaurant where many customers are still seated enjoying their meal. Very disappointed. I hope our server will keep her beautiful smile and her professional attitude despite her frankly unpleasant colleagues.
