I went to Allô Mon Coco this morning I had no power at home.The service was always perfect until today.The waitress asked me if everything was good but from a distance then I asked can I have a refill of coffee please but she didn’t come right away,was to busy talking to the cook.Then when I paid the bill gives me the receipt without saying anything. Her name is S-VIRGINIA. Thanks for a 3 star service. I’m not coming back. Service is very important for me.

I decided to go for brunch here and it has been a long time. I had good service back then, but I was very disappointed with the service today!!! I was supposed to have a nice brunch with my family but the waitress was not nice from the beginning. She even asked us multiple times what was our order and the cook also made errors. I regretted not choosing the other restaurant. Customer service is one of the most important things when having a company. You can lose clients this way and I will not come back to this location. It’s not fair for clients to receive bad service because the waiter or waitress had a bad day!

Nice place but they are understaffed and when it gets crowded everything seems rushed even the food

Very varied menu and good quality food. Well prepared and well presented. Great portions and a service was amazing... We visited with an infant and they were very accommodating.

Absolutely loved our waitress Erika!!! Of course the food was amazing but the service was incredible 🙏 we will definitely be back!!!
