Orgnisation is bad not organised from the door to getting served at the table. If its saturday dont even think about it.

This place is always full and that's because the food is great and the service is excellent. Our waitress Kaylin was super efficient, very pleasant and quick to get us whatever we wanted. She made no assumptions and got us exactly what we asked for and quickly.

Poor service from the hostess until the end of the meal, I've tried this place multiple times and gave chances but I always end up disappointed. I had the veggie casserole today and I usually love it at other locations but I am pretty sure the veggies they use here are either frozen or canned. Food comes and were missing a bunch of things (syrup, butter, extra egg, etc) and I have to go get it myself. I don't understand how this place is still running there are way better restaurants in the west island.

We go to the kirkland location every weekend is there a reason why our food is not hot and the toast is always cold my server is very nice he tried his best to but it's not his fault maybe it the kitchen stuff would stay off there phones not very good place to eat anymore its very sad

I go pickup my order and I wait 30 Mintues over there I ask how much time everyone ask 2-3 Mintues after staff behaviour very rude and I ask to everyone this place is not good I cancel my order is 50 dollar gave the restaurant

Today I pickup doardash order it’s busy but ok I will wait 15 minutes … an ask employees how much time the guy told me 1 minute 2 minutes 1 minute 2 minutes then I ask please let me know… how much estimated time he told me cancel it …. Why we cancel it … his behaviour is soo soo soooooo rude … its not look like good … he is countineuslty talk with him employee he is still laughing is too bad ..

Breakfast was good. Standard allo mon coco. A bit noisy. But this not there fault that every body talk load. May , they should shut down their music beacuse nobody hear the music but it adds to the noise level.
