Terrible service, and I came with my family and friends and the young woman at the entrance told us that she couldn't give us a table, we told her that it didn't matter to be together but she still didn't want to let us in

Absolutely disgusting. The service was terrible. The coffee top up was lukewarm. Poached eggs, which I asked to be more well done, was soft with raw whites. One toast had some butter, but not spread. The other dry. My son asked for plain pancakes. The smallest three pancakes I've ever had in my 65 years of life. They did not bring any butter or syrup to the table. When I asked, the waiter was rude, asking where I came from (as if I were completely unreasonable and was asking for something extraordinary), and informed me that butter and syrup were extra!!! My son's plate was broken at the edge. My home fries were soggy, looked like they were reheated in microwave. The slice of pineapple looked dirty, and had a rot spot. I cannot believe this place got good reviews! Was it because we were anglophones? The whole thing turned me off. Maybe if I had identified myself as a reviewer and H&T critic, I might have been better served. No. This was absolutely not good at all. This location was at The Galeriesthe la Capital, Quebec City, QC , Canada.

When we got there, we had to ask twice the host for a booster seat which was never brought to us. Once the waiter came to our table to take our order, we asked him a 3rd time for a booster seat, he came back with it and I started to order for our child and then the waiter looked at me, said « wait a minute » and then walked away and started serving other people? Once we finally got served, during our meal we were not checked on once. My coffee had been empty for 10 minutes, and my child wanted something to drink. The service here is absolutely non existent. Literally the one of worst services I’ve ever seen. Go to place laurier instead.

Nice and friendly place. Very busy when I was there and for good reason. Good food and great service. The employee behind the bar was a machine! The whole place was great and I will return.

One of the best brunch places I’ve tried. The food is amazing, with generous portions and great quality. The potatoes were a bit disappointing, but everything else was excellent. Prices are mid-range and fair for what you get. The area is open and quite crowded, not very calm—maybe because it was a Sunday—but overall, everything was very good. Honestly recommended.
