Would give it zero but I cannot. Worse experience I’ve ever had. Not only did the delivery take over 35 minutes but half thought they forgot the terminal. They had to turn back and than come back. Once the food finally arrived it was not only cold but just utterly disgusting. I order a chicken poutine and the chicken was dry and tasted like chalk. We call about the chicken and was hung up on three times and told I would be called back in five minutes which did not happen. I was forced to go into the restaurant and I bought the food with me and they kept speaking over me and refusing to give me a refund and just overall horrendous establishment and would avoid. Zero out of 5 stars. And if the owner is reading this take your ten percent discount and put it towards better quality food.

We fully acknowledge that your order arrived later than it should have, and for that, we sincerely apologize. At the same time, we would like to clarify a few points. Our recipes and food quality have remained consistent for over 27 years, and we have built our reputation on that consistency. Complaints about taste like the one you described are extremely rare, which is why your comments are surprising to us. Regarding the delivery, our driver did call you in advance to inform you that the payment terminal had been forgotten and offered to bring the food first. You confirmed that this was acceptable, and the driver apologized for the inconvenience. While the situation was not ideal, we did our best to communicate openly. Because of the delay, we had already offered you a discount as a gesture of goodwill. We also want to clarify that our food is prepared fresh and, based on our process, should not have been cold upon arrival. As for your experience when calling and visiting the restaurant, we’re sorry if you felt unheard or disrespected. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, even when there is a disagreement. We've reviewed this place before, but I'm adding my own because damnnn. 👏🏼 The guy who works here does a great job. The pizza is actually pretty decent for the times and prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else in sherbrooke
