Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the restaurant at 5:10 PM and placed my order. After waiting until 6:25 PM, my food was still not ready. Waiting over an hour without any proper explanation or update is completely unacceptable. I became very frustrated and eventually had to leave without eating my meal. The service was extremely slow and there was very poor communication from the staff. I hope the management improves their service so other customers do not have the same experience. Not recommended at all
