A true Middle Eastern vibe you can feel the moment you walk in. From the flavors to the atmosphere, everything about this place feels authentic and welcoming. This restaurant serves some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had—truly the *meilleure grillade*. The dishes are expertly prepared, and the portions are incredibly generous for the price. The service is outstanding, making the whole experience even better. While the dining area is a bit small, you can always order for delivery or takeout. Honestly, if they had a larger space, they’d be packed all the time. Definitely worth every dollar—people are seriously missing out if they haven’t tried this place!

I tried AL Quds Grill today for the very first time and the food is delicious. The restaurant was also kind enough to offer myself and my friend a free sandwich to take home to share. Great service, great people and great food. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Al Quds is honestly one of the best restaurants around. The food is absolutely amazing and you can tell everything is made with care. The portions are very generous and the prices are extremely reasonable for the amount and quality you get. What really makes this place stand out though is the people. The staff are always welcoming, kind, and make you feel like family every time you walk in. On top of that, they have shown so much heart for the community. During the floods and the ice storm, they stepped up and helped people by offering food to those who were struggling. Great food, great prices, and genuinely great people behind it. I highly recommend Al Quds to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a place that truly cares about its community.

This is by far one of the best places on the West Island. We’ve eaten here many times and each time has been absolutely amazing taste wise and quality wise. 🤩 Do order hours before your planned pick up or delivery. This place is incredibly busy. Parking lot is chaos. Inside is very busy but organized. There are a few tables but lots of people waiting around. Good place to order out. The food is always so flavorful. A gem. Very fresh. Quality. Amazing. We ordered the 1kg mixed platter for three people and we will have leftovers! Enjoy! 🫶🏼

Amazing restaurant with super delicious grilled food! The staff and the owner very friendly and patient. The recent renovation and dining area made the whole experience more pleasant and joyful by eating your food inside rather than take out. In addition, their contribution and support for the West-Island Community for the past years is remarkable. 👍

Super rude customer service. I went to pick up my order at 4:30 pm, and the person who packed my two orders of the Iftar special had no idea what was supposed to come with it. I literally had to show him the picture from their own advertisement so he could figure out what items to include. On the advertisement, the plate looks full with plenty of rice and sides, but the plates I received were half empty and definitely not enough food for two people who had been fasting all day. When I pointed this out, they simply added a bit of extra rice and nothing else. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of $140 for very small portions and extremely poor service. Very disappointing experience — never again, Al Quds.

I ordered through Ubereats. I didn’t get what I asked for! The girl on the phone said “ we can’t help you today, call another time.” She wouldn’t stop arguing. Bad customer service!

(ANSWER TO MR. OWNER)Then why did you create such a fuss about it 1 kg worth of meat? First you made a mistake on the order, then when we told you that you made a mistake on the order, your ego came in the way and instead of doing right by your customer you were asking me to provide you proof that it was all chicken? And to drive all the way back and bring it back to you for just a small order of beef that needed to be added that YOU made a mistake on? If it isnt about that 1 kg then what is it? Many people on your own reviews have mentioned that you are rude and unpleasant. Instead of giving me advice, its time to take a hard look at yourself in the mirror. It is clearly apparent by me and many others that based on the reviews of your restaurant that you take advantage of your customers and not the other way around. Also your responses to these reviews show that you never admit your mistakes even when so many people call you out on it. Your delusional ego us coming in the way. Don’t try to gaslight me, it makes you look even worse. As for Facebook post, if you think that is a threat then that is laughable, why dont you go to CNN too and cry about it and play the victim. Do as you please just like you have been doing in this whole situation. Unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. Maybe an advice for you instead because clearly you need it: Try being nice for a change, it works. And maybe then you will realize that a customer who has been ordering from your restaurant for years should not be receiving this type of reaction or response to a mistake you all made. You might realize that it was not worth it. And if you don’t your loss. Keep it up then and you will lose a lot more customers.

Pour commencer, sachez que le prix d'un kilo ne nous pose aucun problème, car tous nos clients savent que nous remboursons ou remplaçons systématiquement les commandes en cas d'erreur, sans discussion ni questions. Dans votre cas, j'ai parlé à votre mari ou votre fils la veille au soir, et il m'a clairement indiqué que vous ne mangiez pas le poulet et que vous reviendriez le lendemain matin avec la commande afin que nous puissions le rembourser ou la remplacer. Vous vous êtes présenté ce matin en demandant un remboursement sans avoir ramené le kilo.<br><br>Quand je vous ai dit qu'il vous fallait rapporter le kilo, vous avez d'abord prétendu qu'il était destiné à une autre famille.<br><br>Quand j'ai dit que vous n'aviez pas mangé, vous avez répondu qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde et que vous ne saviez pas. Ensuite, vous avez commencé à mêler la religion à cette histoire, ce qui n'a rien à voir avec la situation. Et pour couronner le tout, vous vous êtes mis à crier dans le restaurant, à nous accuser de toutes sortes de choses, et vous avez été très irrespectueux et impoli. Quand vous êtes revenus avec la nourriture, il en restait encore quelques-unes, mais ils m'ont quand même appelé et je leur ai dit de vous rembourser. Personne ne vous a caché quoi que ce soit et personne n'avait honte de quoi que ce soit. Enfin, je vous invite à vous renseigner sur nous ; on vous dira ce que nous faisons et à quel point nous sommes généreux. Bien sûr, nous ne voulons rien en retour ; c'est un geste désintéressé, fait par amour du partage et pour la communauté. Un dernier conseil : n'essayez jamais de tirer profit de la gentillesse des autres. Une dernière chose : j'ai une photo du kilo que vous avez apporté (vous en avez mangé la moitié) ; je la publierai sur Facebook demain.

My experience at AL QUDS was very disappointing. The food was served cold and wasn’t cooked properly, which made it hard to enjoy the meal at all. On top of that, we didn’t receive some of the items that were supposed to be included with our order. The restaurant itself was extremely cold inside, making the whole experience uncomfortable from start to finish. Overall, it was not a good visit and definitely not worth the money.

Today one of my friend invited me but I felt bad for him on how much he spend for us whatever he ordered he didn't recieve some items plus how they gave us food was really disrespectful even animal are treated better then this I would not recommend anyone to go there to waste their time and money

I'm really disappointed with this restaurant. The food was really bad its too much cold likes they cooked it already in advance. And the restaurant was too cold, they don't have a heater. The more the food gets colder because of this. Everybody was wearing heavy jackets while eating its a waste of time and money. Never again, and not recommended for my friends and family

I’m was really disappointed and I waste my money and my time we were fasting we went there we request them for the food before the opening our fast they give us 45 minutes before and it was really cold so the food being more cold and the was not proper cook and whatever they were saying about the Ramadan special they were mentioning they didn’t even give us half of the food and please I’m requesting to everyone don’t waste your money and time like us
