The server, who was an older person, was extremely rude and repeatedly reminded me that the service fee was not included, implying that I should tip him. Later, he even asked me, “Are you always like this, not tipping people?” I visited the branch on May 15, 2026, around 5:40 PM, and the server’s behavior was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Wonderful! Stopped by one evening and I am so happy I made the decision. Ordered the pasta and poutine and it was so savory. The waiter was an older gentleman who was so kind and very polite. Overall, had a lovely evening here and would return again!

Nice Italian pizza restaurant. Also serves other pasta. We went in approx 1pm, on weekday. We had seats. The pizza taste good, crust is soft chewy and crunchy on outside. Flavor is simple, and authentic and very tasty. Service was great and very friendly. They also collect foreign bills in case you want to give.

Went in on a cold, snowy day when it wasn’t super busy but the food was fast, super delicious and the staff were so kind and helpful, great place for lunch or dinner when visiting old port as a traveller, so glad I stumbled across it!

We went to Al Pizzetta for dinner. There were 5 of us. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, spaghetti Carbonara, fettuccine Bolongnese and 2 pizzas: 3 meats & mushroom. The food was good. The mushroom pizza was very ordinary, just a cheese pizza with cremini mushrooms. We also took calamari, garlic cheese bread and Caesar salad as appetizers to share.

I ordered a Spaghetti Bolognese. It didn’t taste Bolognese but it was very tasty. I’ll visit again!
