Vibe was weird but it was the best poke I’ve ever eaten
Waited 32 minutes for two poke bowls. I was alone in the restaurant and they prepared one more poke bowl for pickup during this time. When paying by card, there is no "no tip" option... You have to select the small "custom" and enter 0$... If I'm ordering standing up for take away, I don't see why tip is necessary... The poke bowl itself was pretty flavorless. There wasn't much rice either. I feel that 22$ is over priced for what it is. I won't be returning and I don't recommend this place.
Getting very bored with the place as they seems to be incapable of getting an order right when it's uber eat: - First order was a chirachi advertised with avocado (picture) and soy sauce. Came with no avocado and a disgusting mayo sauce - Second order was a poke with advertised rice. Came with no rice. I'm fed up with you rn.
Family and I got a chirashi poke. For 21$ you have a pretty large bowl with very diverse proteins and veggies, most poke bowl I had usually pack the whole thing with huge amount of rice but I was happily surprised that it was not the case here. Fish tasted fresh and seasoning was on point. Update: This was two years ago, I was excited to reorder as I was passing by montreal, but unfortunately it seems that the quality went down a bit, especially some ingredients weren’t as fresh. What happened?
I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience yesterday evening I felt it was important to share. I went there with a friend and the service was really disappointing. The restaurant itself was quite dirty, and the person serving us was extremely rude. He refused to bring the dishes to our table and wouldn’t even provide glasses of water. He spent most of the time on his phone and didn’t wash his hands before preparing the food, which was very concerning. He also asked us to pay before preparing the food, and I now regret leaving a tip. The food itself was decent, but the service was unacceptable. Someone with this attitude toward customers really shouldn’t be serving in a restaurant.
I used to go there about two years ago and it was lovely. They definitely have changed Owner or the owner has become rubbishly cheap and negligent The salmon is chewy not great they do not add any type of seaweed at all not the Wakame or otherwise . The abacado was brown the portion is a tiny bit more than half I’d be ashamed to offer this considering it was an amazing spot for poke . Was the same a month ago I gave it another try but much to my disappointment was worse this time . I’ll have to find a new place
