I visited Achoura Deli on Monday, February 16, 2026, with a friend who regularly drives all the way from Brossard just to enjoy their food — and now I understand why!We both had the Reuben, which was absolutely delicious. The smoked meat paired perfectly with Thousand Island sauce, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, along with crispy fries and refreshing black cherry soda — everything was perfect. I also ordered a smoked meat plate and a large smoked meat poutine for my family, and the poutine was amazing. It had a kind of pepper sauce that I absolutely loved — one of the best poutines I’ve had so far!I even had the chance to chat with the owner, who confirmed that their brisket is AAA Angus Halal from BC (if not mistaken). Compared to other spots, everything at Achoura is truly homemade from scratch — from the spicing, to smoking, to steaming — and it really shows in the flavor and quality.The restaurant is also impressively clean, well-organized, and has lots of parking space, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The service is excellent: the staff are friendly, welcoming, and happy to make great recommendations. The atmosphere is simple, warm, and inviting, making it a place you want to return to.Definitely a top spot in Laval for a quick meal without compromising on quality. I highly recommend them!

Just a very friendly and warm place, where the host is very kind and open. The food speaks for itself, amazing corned beef style sandwhich! Don’t be turned off by the location. The kindness and authenticity shines here

Walked in and immediately felt like I was meant to be here. Abdurahman is an absolute legend with hospitality. The food spoke for itself, the quality was impeccable! We ordered the Classic Smoked Meat Sandwich Combo (Number 1) and the Rueben Sandwich (Number 4). We also ordered the Smoked Meat Poutine to take home! The place was spotless and the ambience was nice and cozy. Highly recommend if you want real authentic HALAL Smoked Meat! Will definitely be coming back again to try the Steak and more smoked meat!!

We stopped here on a 10 hour road trip up to Monte Tremblant and it was incredible! I’m gluten free so sadly wasn’t able to eat the fries or bread but just the meat alone was fantastic!!

I visited Ashoura Deli for the first time and ordered a smoked meat sandwich. I usually go to Montreal when I want this kind of sandwich, but a friend recommended this place—and it was a great recommendation. The smoked meat was delicious, full of flavor, and very well prepared. What really made the experience special was the person who served me. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, invited me to see the smoked meat and how it’s sliced, and even generously offered me a good portion to taste. Amazing food, great quality, and outstanding service. I truly loved the experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

From the outside, Achoura Deli might not immediately catch your eye but don’t let that fool you. Step inside and you’re welcomed into a warm, inviting space where the real magic happens. The food and the owners are absolutely wonderful. We ordered the Reuben and the smoked meat poutine, and both were outstanding. The smoked meat was some of the best we’ve ever had perfectly seasoned, tender, and incredibly flavorful. You can truly taste the difference in the quality of the ingredients. The owner prepares everything with care, using clean, fresh components, and it shows in every bite. On top of that, the owner’s kindness and passion elevate the experience even further. It’s rare to find a place where the food and the hospitality are equally memorable, but Achoura Deli delivers on both fronts. A definite must-visit for anyone who loves great smoked meat and genuine, heartfelt service.

The juiciest and most tender HALAL Steak you can taste in MTL, feels like butter melting in your mouth 🤤🤤🤤 Crème de la Crème. Loved their specialty Fries and at last but for sure not least the Smoked Meat Sandwich is the cheey on the top
