I very rarely write reviews, but if I do, it’s because I found something extraordinary. You HAVE to try this place. BEST smoked meat I’ve ever had. The staff is amazing, friendly and just genuinely good guys. It’s the kind of place that restores your faith in humanity and gives you amazing food, I do not say this lightly. Drop everything that you’re doing and go now.
Very dry sandwich, I agree with other's that the owner talks in a condescending way , 0 customer service skills. Edit: First you say my review is fake, then you say I asked for old-fashioned so I couldn't be fake person? You sound uneducated. Black Angus is just the name of a breed of cow, it doesn't mean it is ANY better in quality than any other cow breeds. Regardless of what you say your sandwich is made from it was one of the worst I have ever had in my life, and I am allowed to have that opinion. Instead of having this attitude maybe you should listen to your customers and try to improve. I do not hate anyone, I wish I could love your food.
Worst service ever. Called to make a big order of 400$ and they basically told me to go somewhere else because I asked if we can have the bread and the meat separate.. they told me "do you see that in the menu? If no, we don't have it. Do you understand? Bye." absolutely horrible customer service.

I searched for a place to get a halal poutine and potentially smoking sandwich, came across this place and I had the best authentic Reuben sandwich with homemade sauerkraut! I can 100% recommend visiting for a halal Reuben smoked meat sandwich. The poutine was decent, vut I can recommend the sandwich 100%! And they sell Cott cherry drink which was awesome!

I had been hearing a lot about their smoked beef sandwiches on Instagram and finally decided to give them a try. We stopped by on our way back to Ottawa and picked up a couple of sandwiches — they were absolutely delicious. The flavor, quality, and portion were all excellent. Highly recommended if you’re looking for good halal smoked meat sandwiches.
The best steak and smoked beef I have ever eaten. I can now divide my life into two - before this experience and after it and wow. After is so much better. The owners were so kind, they suggested that I move more into he restaurant so that the cold from the outside does not affect me. Nadim, the owner, also shied me how to eat the smoked beef (with a bit of pickle each time!)

The quality of their smokemeat and ribeye steak are amazing. Their poutine smokemeat although is not traditional is a must try with their in-house gravy. I tried almost all their menu except the wings and everything is delicious. The smokemeat is a Schwartz type, but better quality meat.
Easiest no brainer 5 star. Tried the reuben sandwich and meat poutine. Incredible. Will be coming back everytime I'm in Montréal.

I used to love this place because it was the ONLY Halal smoke meat spot I knew in Montreal, so I didn’t have much of a choice. At the initial stages, they were good, and their qtys were decent. Right now, you can’t order them in pounds, and I was super disappointed to see their qty serving for a combo and then the large $34 large sandwich, which cost me $90 in total. It was not enough for two people and the meat was not great at all....Not worth it at all for the price and quality. I felt like I was robbed as I went back home and checked the qty. Not recommended. I guess this is my last visit and would opt out, looking for another place.
