I found glass in my burger, i wanted to have a follow up with high up to find out what happened and how that it was possible. Ive been going to this A&W for atleast 4 years. I explained it was worried mostly that there was a kid behind me and hopefully he didnt get anything in his burger. It looks like a piece of glass from a glass thermometer. The manager of the store gave me a refund but I have not had any phone call from higher up. Its been three weeks now. It was a piece of glass the size of my pinky nail and thats even after I chewed on it. The first half of my Mozza burger was find and I continue to eat the other half and the glass was there. BE CAREFUL. Sounded like they didnt take me seriously. Waited to right a review to see if they actually would take me seriously and have higher up contact me to see what they've done to deal with this issue. The manager/supervisor said could be in the batch of meat they ordered after i called them and told them. Havent had anyone contact me for an update ect..
